
Jazmine was born and raised to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her mother Pam is a former vocalist for the backup band of Philadelphia International Records. Her father offered her a job as the curator of the Historic Strawberry Mansion. She together with her family later relocated to the historical iconic. Sullivan began her singing career as a contralto choir for children, and then just a few years later, in the adult group.
